The US Open brings together scores of passionate tennis fans for three weeks of drama at the highest level. Some of those fans also happen to be celebrities, like actor Gerard Butler and actress Meryl Streep. Famous or not, all US Open spectators feel the highs and lows of each match, fueling the New York atmosphere with their support. Which of these off-court moments is your favorite?

The Beard: Late in the fifth set of Rafael Nadal and Dominic Thiem's fourth-round epic – voted match of the year by US Open fans – the reaction of this bearded gentleman embodied the wonderment of the late-night New York crowd.

The Madness (Gerard Butler): After the actor watched Novak Djokovic win his 14th Grand Slam title from his player box, he joined the Serb to pose with the trophy and shout, "This is Sparta!" – his trademark line from the movie "300."

The Mood: This Roger Federer fan, decked out in support of his hero, could not handle the stress with the upset of the year brewing, as longshot John Millman gained momentum in the third-set tiebreak.

The Drama (Meryl Streep): The three-time Academy Award winner was stunned by a Juan Martin del Potro "Thor-hand," as the Argentine battled Djokovic in the pivotal game of the men's singles final, an eight-deuce tussle that lasted over 20 minutes.
